30-Day Refund Guarantee

• • You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking).
  • Refunds apply to both opened and unopened products:
  • Unopened products: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Opened products: Eligible if at least 85% of the contents remain. Opened items are never resold; they are safely disposed of once returned.
  • All refunds include original outbound shipping fees.
  • Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days after the return is received and verified. Please allow additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Orders placed during November and December may be exchanged for a refund through January 31 of the following year.

Exchanges

• • Unopened products may be exchanged for up to 90 days after delivery.
  • Exchanges may be for the same or a different product.
  • Replacement products are shipped once the original item is received and confirmed.

Return Shipping

• • If the return is the result of our error (e.g., incorrect item, damage in transit), we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
  • For all other returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
